About the Funds

The Sharing Education Funds were established to support the growth of the Sharing Education Group’s schools, with campuses in Madeira, Lisbon and the Algarve. Since 1980, the Group has been delivering high-quality international education through the International Baccalaureate and Cambridge programmes.

Following the success of the Sharing Education I, launched in 2021 by the Sharing Education Group, the Sharing Education II was launched in 2023, both regulated by CMVM as Portuguese capital funds (FCR). The Sharing Education II is structured to meet the minimum investment threshold for the Portuguese Golden Visa programme as established by Portuguese law.

Participation in the Golden Visa programme is subject to government approval and requirements independent of the fund. Investment in the funds involves risks including potential loss of capital.
