Pedro Oliveira Cardoso
Pedro brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the real estate and financial sectors, with a career spanning multiple international markets.
He has held senior executive and board-level positions in renowned financial institutions across five countries and four continents, contributing to strategic decision-making, governance and investment oversight.
In addition to his corporate roles, Pedro is currently a Managing Partner at two consulting firms, advising on investment and business strategy, and serves on the consulting and investment committees of a major foundation, where he continues to be actively involved in evaluating and guiding long-term initiatives.

Francisco Valente de Oliveira
With almost 30 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Private Equity, Francisco has worked with private, institutional and corporate clients across Europe, the United States, Brazil and Asia.
Francisco’s career includes senior leadership roles at leading financial institutions, including Asset Management positions at Barclays Bank in Portugal and Spain, and Head of Investment Management at Barclays Bank Portugal. He later served as Managing Director at Orey Financial across Portugal and Spain, Executive Board Member at Bison Bank, where he contributed to strengthening connections between Europe and Asia, and Chairman & CEO of Haitong Global Asset Management, SGOIC, SA, overseeing asset management and private equity activities across Europe, Brazil and Asia.
Francisco holds a postgraduate degree in Management of Financial Institutions from the Catholic University of Portugal, as well as a diploma in Accounting and Financial Administration and a degree in Management.

Francisco Ladeira Santos
Francisco spent his childhood and teenage years split between Madeira and Lisbon – a hint of what his professional life would look like in a few years. After finishing high school in Madeira, Francisco moved to Lisbon more definitively to study Management at ISEG Lisbon School of Economics and Management, whilst at the same time initiating his career leading the Finance, Legal and Administrative Departments of the Group, headquartered in Madeira Island.
His role has since evolved to his current functions as President & CEO, actively developing and implementing Sharing Education Group’s strategic vision and growth whilst maintaining the coordination of each school’s Finance, Legal and Administrative Departments.
Traveling between Lisbon, Madeira and the Algarve, Francisco knows each school very well and is one of the Group’s biggest enthusiasts of the relentless pursuit of perfection.

With an extensive international background, Gonçalo serves as Vice-President & Head of Investor Relations of the Sharing Education Group.
Having completed his studies at Glion in both Switzerland and London campuses, Gonçalo gained valuable experience working in dynamic cities such as Lisbon, Dubai, Barcelona, and London, with a strong focus on hospitality and customer centric roles.
His career took an exciting turn when he joined an international sales team in London in a corporate organisation, opening up the Iberian market and making it a success over three years of substantial growth. Returning to his roots in Lisbon, Gonçalo took on a pivotal role in the family business, overseeing the Group’s commercial strategy, business development, sales and marketing, while leading its capital raising, investor relations and investment initiatives.

A young entrepreneur and Executive Board Member of the Sharing Group, Miguel brings an international perspective and entrepreneurial mindset to the organisation. With a background in Luxury Hospitality Management and Corporate Finance from Les Roches and the London School of Business and Finance, he combines a strong business foundation with a high-end approach to customer experience and service. His professional experience spans diverse international markets, including Qatar, the United States and Spain.
Since the inception of the Group, Miguel has played an important role in its development and growth, contributing to the expansion of its education platform and the implementation of innovative solutions across the organisation.
Whether leading teams or spearheading new business ventures, his ability to combine vision with practical execution has earned him recognition as a versatile and forward-thinking entrepreneur.

Filipe Ladeira Santos
With a background in Marketing and Financial Investments from IADE and the London School of Business and Finance, Filipe serves as Executive Board Member of the Sharing Education Group responsible for International Sharing School – Madeira.
He has played a crucial role in the Group’s expansion, contributing to the opening and development of schools in Lisbon, Africa and the Algarve. As the Executive Board Member responsible for ISS Madeira, Filipe oversees the school at Board level, supporting its leadership team and playing an active role in its continued growth and development.
As the Sharing Education Group has grown and evolved, Filipe’s responsibilities have expanded across the organisation, combining his oversight of ISS Madeira with the strategic management of purchasing and procurement, helping ensure the Group’s solid and sustainable development.
